What is SLA.io?
Cloud companies have Service Level Agreements in place promising their services will be running for instance 99.9% of time. If a service doesn't reach that promise, you are entitled to receive a refund. The problem is that you have to monitor your services by yourself and claim a refund manually. We monitor cloud services for you and automate your refund claims.
How does it work?
You need to sign up and let us know which cloud providers you use. We'll monitor your services in the background and alert you of any outages. When the first outage occurs, you'll need to fill in your account information. After that, whenever you are eligible, we'll help you with the refund process.
How much does it cost?
When you receive a refund, we get 25% of the amount. If you get nothing, there are absolutely no charges to pay. And on top of that, the first refund is free.
We support the largest SaaS and Cloud services and we're constantly adding more. At the moment, we support over 50 cloud providers including Amazon, Azure, DigitalOcean and Rackspace. Sign up to see which of your services we support.
